Most of our photographs in our photo showcase and photo library are available in print quality, and there are two usage options for you to choose from.

Price List (Effective March 2011)

1. Limited Use of Photographs

• Limited use is preferable for media that has short life cycle, such as a specific brochure, flyer or report.
• It is more economical compared to unlimited use, although you must provide the purpose, duration and media title(s) that the photographs are intended to.
• Any re-use of the photographs in any other way will have to be re-quoted and paid for.
• Flag-fall for first image: $160.00; then $120.00 for an additional image, price is negotiable if purchased in high quantity.

2. Unlimited Use of Photographs

• Unlimited use means your organisation is able to use the selected photographs regardless of duration and media, such as continues display in various media or publications.
• It allows full flexibility on any type of your marketing, promotion or public affair needs.
• Flag-fall for first image: $260.00; then $145.00 an additional image, price is negotiable if purchased in high quantity.

Important Notice - Conditions of use

• A licence that states the conditions of use statement must be signed by the client before the organisation has the right or permission to use any of our photographs.
• Payment is required within 28 days of date of invoice, otherwise the licence will terminate automatically.
• The photograph(s) must not be altered, transformed, and/ or integrated or combined with any other image or artwork (unless other agreement arranged) ;
• The client must not sold, given, lent or disposed of, irrespective of any payment or other reward, to any person or other organisation, other than with the prior written consent of RailGallery. 
• According to the “Copyright Act 1968 (Commonwealth)”, RailGallery remains the copyright owner of the photograph(s) at all times; and it is protected by this legislation under the agreement, unless other agreement arranged.
• As a result of international treaties, Australian copyright owners are protected in most other countries, and most foreign copyright owners are protected in Australia.  Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may lead to severe legal obligations.
• RailGallery is not able to attend any individual or personal requests from outside Australia.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• No GST is charged.
